Deadly
Each of my pieces are quiet acts of resistance — meditations carved in relief, honoring the lives of animals and the fragile, fleeting beauty of the natural world. Every work is a reflection on the interdependence of all living beings and the tension between human dominance and animal autonomy.
In a culture often numb to the lives around us, I use my work as a slow, intentional practice to reconnect with the sacredness of life and the inevitability of death. There is something honest in the process: a blade carving through linoleum, the ink pressed by hand. It’s a form of storytelling rooted in craft, care, and clarity.
The imagery draws from the wild, the decaying, the overlooked. I depict animals not as symbols or commodities, but as sentient beings with presence, dignity, and a rightful place in the world. Many of my prints explore themes of loss, transformation, and quiet witnessing — reminding us that death is not a failure, but part of the natural system we share with all creatures.
